Please Note:
- In the state of Florida, individuals are allowed to transport up to 25 waste tires without a registration. If you transport more than 25 tires at a time on Florida roadways, you must be registered with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) as a waste tire collector.
- Commercial loads will not be accepted.
- A photo ID as proof of residency must be presented before tires are accepted.
